On Friday on November, 7 2003 Mauritians are appealled to vote again to select the president of Republic. Preliminary election campaign which was open since October, 22, have closed on Wednesday at midnight, on the basis of the verbal insult. The opposition has protested elections as has found out infringements in the election districts.
